About
A small senior partnership. Between us: telecom and infrastructure operations, software delivery, and the regulatory side of the Greek and EU market.
Why we exist
For twenty-five years we have run network operations, customer operations and service delivery inside Greek telecoms. The pattern never changed: the tool the operation actually needed never got built.
Too small for a vendor to bid. Too specific to buy off the shelf. Permanently sixth in the IT queue. So the operation worked around it, in spreadsheets and messages, and everyone accepted the cost.
That constraint is gone. We build them ourselves, usually in days — and you do not have to explain to us what a provisioning queue is.
The name
Three syllables, and an easy way to remember how we work.
- Take it apart.
- We sit with the people who do the work and find where the time and money actually go.
- Rebuild it.
- Then we build the tool that fixes it, and put it into production.
- No handoff.
- The people who found the problem are the people who fix it. Nothing gets lost between diagnosis and delivery.
A reading of the name rather than where it came from — but a fair summary of the work.
What we have done
Anonymised, as our case studies are. References available on a call.
- Customer operations at a fixed and mobile operator — ten years across technical support and service fulfilment, including a re-engineering of more than 100 Tier-1 and Tier-2 processes.
- Design and operation of a national voice network — 11 domestic points of presence plus London and Cyprus, SS7 interconnect, later extended to unbundled local loop.
- A VoIP and internet network across 21 national points of presence plus one international.
- Managing the Greek operation of an international infrastructure services group.
- Regulatory work with the national telecoms authority — compliance, reporting, licensing.
The regulatory half
This is not an add-on. Reporting obligations, licensing, and what a regulator will actually accept as evidence shape the data model long before anyone writes code. We would rather raise those constraints in week one than discover them at go-live.
It is also what separates us from both the consultancies and the software houses: the first cannot build, and the second do not know what will be asked for.
How we work
- The problem before the tool
- Half the time someone asks for a dashboard, what they need is a handover between two teams fixed. We will say so.
- Fixed price, never hourly
- We agree the outcome before starting. If it takes longer than we estimated, that is not your invoice.
- We stay after the build
- We do not build and leave. The people who built it keep it running and keep changing it — small changes live in days, for one flat monthly fee.
- We say when we are not a fit
- Every service page carries a "not a fit" column. It is there because it is true.
On AI, precisely
AI compresses implementation — scaffolding, boilerplate, integration glue, iteration speed. A tool that was three weeks of work is now three days.
It does not decide which problem is worth solving. It does not sit in the escalation meeting. It does not work out that the real problem is the dispatch handover rather than the dashboard. Those are the job.
The speed is why this is now affordable. The judgement is what you are buying.
How it gets built
- Managed cloud, end to end
- Nothing runs in a cupboard. Databases, job runners, file storage and telephony are managed services, so no server is left behind for anyone to maintain.
- Assembled from parts
- Systems are built from components that can be replaced one at a time. Changing the extraction model or the notification provider is configuration, not a rewrite.
- The tools follow the problem
- We are not a reseller for anyone’s stack. Where a hosted browser is the only way past a missing API, that is what we use. You get the repository either way.
Recent builds have used scheduled job runners, hosted browsers, Postgres, mapping, telephony and several AI providers with fallback — chosen per project, and named in each case study.

Common questions
Who is "we"?
A small senior partnership rather than an agency. Between us we cover telecom and infrastructure operations, software delivery, and the regulatory and commercial side of the Greek and EU market. You deal with the people doing the work — there is no account layer between you and them.
Can you handle the regulatory and compliance side, not just the software?
Yes, and it is usually the part that decides whether something is workable. Reporting obligations, licensing and permitting, and what a regulator will actually accept as evidence shape the data model long before anyone writes code. We would rather raise those constraints in week one than discover them at go-live.
You use AI to build. Does that mean the work is generated?
No. AI compresses implementation — scaffolding, boilerplate, integration glue, iteration speed. It does not decide which problem is worth solving, sit in the room with your team, or own the outcome. Those are the job. The speed is why this is affordable; the judgement is what you're buying.
